Here is my progress on the January Color Palette Challenge. I decided to go with a border of flying geesse, but now I am stuck! I have three options and I am not sure which one I like the best.

I like each of them for different reasons. I need some help!! Please leave me a comment of your preference. It doesn't matter if you are a quilter or not, everyone has an opinion. Hopefully I can come to a decision soon and get this project finished!!

I like the 3rd one! it goes all the way around and gives your eye something to follow. does that make sense?

ReplyDeleteI like #1 best, then #3. #2 has the diamonds that kinda compete with the block in the center. I like how #1 is more symmetrical.

ReplyDeleteI think #3. I looked carefully & I like the others-the geese drew my eye right away, and therein lies the problem, I think the eye should go to your applique first. #3 lets the eye go to the center first.
ReplyDeleteI like the 3rd one best too. It looks....for the lack of a better word....the cleanest....(maybe "least chaotic" is a better term?). :)
